Athlete Testing
Physiological testing provides valuable information about the athlete's physical abilities, training status, athletic potential and responses to training.

The benefits of testing include:

  • evaluation of performance and prediction of performance potential
  • identify weakness
  • improvement in technique
  • athlete education
  • monitoring adaptation
  • specific performance testing

Regular physiological or performance testing can be the most overlooked tool to improving athletic performance over an extended period of time. Testing sessions typically last around 2 hours, close to the amount of time you would spend in a training session and only need be done every 3 to 6 months, so why not take advantage?
